RETURNS & EXCHANGESWe are very sorry, but all Fares, Fare Cards, Transfers and Tokens are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. PDRTA is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to Fare Cards, Transfers and Tokens unless the damage is directly caused by PDRTA equipment.
